• Stationary tables are intended for facilities where treatments are performed only on-site, without travel to patients. These tables are sturdy and stable and can be equipped with additional features. They are adjustable manually, electrically, or hydraulically. Some models include wheels on one side for easier repositioning.

• Portable tables are lighter, foldable, and designed for therapists or physiotherapists who provide treatments at patients’ homes. When choosing portable tables, pay close attention to the materials used, as they affect both the weight and durability of the table.

Functionality is also influenced by the type of height adjustment:

• Electrically height-adjustable tables

• Tables with hydraulic height adjustment

• Tables with mechanical (manual) height adjustment

Manual adjustment is the least convenient and usually found in cheaper models. It is not practical for daily use or when working with multiple patients.
